Who We Are

The CDS Wolf Foundation was established in 2007 to help make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental  disabilities, seniors, and veterans.

Today, the CDS Wolf Foundation makes it possible for our companies to provide critical services to those who need it most. This includes complimentary wellness support for veterans, housing improvements for seniors and families, and the ability to continue our Special Olympics activities.

Our Commitment

Named in honor of Our Founders, Lew and Phyllis Wolf, the CDS Wolf Foundation seeks donations to help support the growth and expansion of CDS Life Transitions’ community services and unfunded areas of need. Gifts to the Foundation go directly to providing critically needed, yet  unfunded, opportunities that provide support  to  people assisted  by CDS Life Transitions.
