Family Support Opportunities
Family Education and Training
Family Education and Trainings are informational sessions offered to families who have a loved one with a developmental disability. Session topics introduce families to an array of topics related to services, care, and education.
Parent Support Groups
Parent Support Groups offer networking, support, and education on a variety of topics through scheduled presentations as well as an extensive lending library that houses materials on a variety of topics related to developmental disabilities.
A unique opportunity developed by CDS Monarch, “SibShops” address the importance of peer support and education for the siblings of people living with developmental disabilities. Participants have the opportunity to learn from one another and share through fun activities in a relaxed environment.
