Azalea Village will provide affordable senior housing in Webster

Rochester, N.Y. (RBJ) – Phase Two of the 96-Unit Azalea Village has been completed in the Town of Webster and will provide housing to seniors 55 and older. The $21.6 million affordable housing community consists of two identical, two-story buildings. Apartments are available for a mix of income levels, ranging from 30 percent to 80 percent of the area median.
