“Thanks to the many generous donations we received today, we will be able to continue our unfunded programs. CDS Life Transitions is able to touch thousands of lives and the community support we are seeing is incredible. We are already looking forward to next year’s tournament which we are proud to say will be held at Oak Hill once again,” said Sankar Sewnauth, President/CEO of CDS Life Transitions.

The CDS Wolf Foundation—named in honor of CDS Monarch founders Lew & Phyllis Wolf—seeks donations to help support the growth and expansion of CDS Life Transitions’ community services and unfunded areas of need.
