Patriot Guard Riders of New York Donate $25,000 to Warrior Salute

The Patriot Guard Riders of New York presented a $25,000 check on Saturday, June 14th to benefit Warrior Salute, a service of CDS Monarch. The donation was presented at CDS Monarch’s Flag Day Cookout celebration, where the Patriot Guard Riders made a stop with nearly 200 motorcycles, during their 2nd Annual Heroes Run.

“In a time of increasingly unacceptable Veteran healthcare, we the Patriot Guard Riders of NY do recognize and fully support the outstanding service and treatment our Warriors are receiving at the Warrior Salute program of CDS Monarch,” stated Dave Kern, NY State Captain of the Patriot Guard Riders.

Through their partnership with the Patriot Guard Riders Heroes Run, the New York Warrior Alliance helped advocate for Warrior Salute, which led to this donation.

“We are so grateful for organizations like the Patriot Guard Riders and the New York Warrior Alliance, who understand that there is a great need in our country to provide support and assistance for our Veterans,” stated Sankar Sewnauth, CDS Monarch President/CEO. “Warrior Salute relies entirely on contributions from local businesses and members of the community in order to be able to continue offering the services that our brave men and women need when they return home. Thanks to community partners like these, we are able to continue our mission of helping Veterans to have a successful transition back home.”
