The Wolf Foundation hosts breakfast to benefit Families in Need fund

On Saturday, June 14th, The Wolf Foundation is hosting a “Star-Spangled Shortstack Saturday” pancake breakfast from 8:00-11:00am at the Wolf Life Transitions Center (860 Hard Road in Webster). All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit CDS Monarch’s Families in Need fund, which assists families with expenses for basic necessities to ensure adequate care for an individual with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

“The Wolf Foundation helps support the Families in Need fund with the vital dollars needed to grant assistance to those CDS Monarch families who need it most,” stated Sankar Sewnauth, President/CEO of CDS Monarch. “This fund relies entirely on donations from members of the community, and we are grateful to those who come out to support our families by joining us for Shortstack Saturday.”

The star-spangled theme for the event was chosen in honor of Flag Day. The event is open to the public, and attendees are encouraged to wear red, white and blue to show support for our Veterans and Military Service Members. Tickets are $5.00 and can be purchased at the door.

CDS Monarch assists People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Veterans, and Seniors to live and thrive in their communities, by delivering high-quality, personalized life planning and transition support.
